Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Soul Riches. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: Subscription items, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, masks, gift cards, final sale items, limited edition items, and all mystery items.
Seasonal Items: non-returnable for refund only. Size exchanges accepted.
Our Guarantee
Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email orders@thesoulriches.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $5 handling fee on all refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@thesoulriches.com
Exchanges
We stand by our products! If you get your item and it is damaged and/or defective, you must send us an email at exchange@thesoulriches.com within 7 days of receiving your item for another item to be sent in place of it. This is 100% free and on us!
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
Ring Returns & Exchanges
While you won’t be able to return or exchange rings through our Returns Portal, you can return them to us with a note outlining whether you would like an exchange or a return, and our warehouse will process your return as soon as it arrives to us! You can create a return label at any USPS post office. We have found the self-service kiosks to be the easiest way to do this. Because we do not cover the return shipping, it is not recommended to ship from a FedEx or UPS store as they are much more expensive. Please be sure to make your return out to the address below:
